resigning because i refused to make something that didn’t have my soul in it, and they used a bland, black geometric cover. but— at least my boss at my non-art related job lets me draw on the windows and the chalkboard without limiting me <3

as an artist ill never forget how i was tasked to create a cover for our graduation pamphlet and i submitted 4 different samples in the span of a month, because they were “too colorful, needs to be simpler, needs to be more generic” all because i tried to represent OUR class. i ended up 1/2
