Windows 10 Mouthful Edition is still supported until 2032. Edge and Onedrive are still there, but no MS Store or Copilot. learn.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecy...
Windows Server is also very lean, but might need some extra work to get multimedia stuff fully working.
