there we go. that's a habit I need to maintain. started feeling off mentally, was able to detect it, and said "fuck it, let's exercise."

Parents need to do a better job enforcing proper study habits in their kids. My 14/12 year old daughters both know not to use it, and also know that I'd very easily spot it if they tried.

They both know that I'd go beyond giving them shit for it.
