Not a fan of legislating from the bench. Congress must curtail what SCOTUS can and can't change in law. I am all for them making a big stink about a particular law being unconstitutional, but it should be congress that changes it.

Evangelical Christianity? They have coupled their religion and politics tightly.

Any younger progressives without n*zi affiliation want to jump into the Maine senate race. A lane has opened up. I had high hopes for him. FML

I see a general strike in our future. The power they currently wield is drawn from the economy. We the people have the power to topple them by withholding our labor and dollars. We have seen beacons of this power recently (Kimmel).

I would argue that this is more or less driven by the Federalist Society and Heritage Foundation. Trump is too dumb to be this genius mastermind.

Republicans worst fear is an aging boomer electorate. Cheating now is required for them to maintain power. Let's make them irrelevant by registering and showing up to vote (even with all the obstacles they put in your path). Then we can undo those obstacles.

Monied interests bought the centrist wing of the party to disable the left flank. We can defeat them, but it requires us to show up. AOC, Bernie, and Zohran are showing a way. Seeing polling showing how toxic AIPAC is becoming among dems is a promising sign. We can do it together.

This pattern repeats consistently. Same tactics, same boogeyman, same a-holes.

It may be smart for her to challenge Schumer first. Give the electorate a little more time to shed boomers. I truly believe this is what Republicans fear more than anything else, which is why they are gung ho right now with voter suppression tactics.

Money has corrupted the Democratic party's centrist wing (which currently has the reigns) to basically do nothing. Namely to silence the left flank. If folks start showing up in the primary and voting for actual leftists, we would be in much better shape.

I wonder if Trump is going to disappear for a week again. I recall that being the case the last time the cabinet kissed his ass like this.

I would love to see some kind of new media training in public schools so kids can make better decisions about the content they consume. Also being able to tell if a video is real or AI generated is critical.

Social media is simply a tool. It can be used for both wonderful and terrible things. We generally only hear about the negatives, but we can clearly see in these comments the good it can do. There surely are some regulatory changes that could be made to reduce the harm, but idk what those are.

I have a built in filter where I never click on those or sponsored links. Train your brain to not click those.

Trump is ABSOLUTE trash.

I really hope normal (or maybe easy) mode encounters are fully pug-able with no insta-kill mechanics. Raids currently are too stressful for me. I want to be able to enjoy the content as a more casual player. I don't mind strikes, although HT does get right up to the edge.

Corpo-dems need to be primaried. The Democratic party can be re-acquired if enough of us fight for it with our voices and votes.
