When Saturn first entered Pisces, I made a playlist and included The Weeknd’s “Faith.” Around the same time, I created a Saturn in Aries playlist w/ his song “Devil May Cry.” It’s been cool to see how these playlists evolve(d). Being intentional with music deepened my understanding of transits.

If you listen to Gunna it’s so easy to make out that he has his chart ruler (Mercury) in the second house.

I feel like if my parents had known and were open to getting a chart reading for me growing up then I would have been better off. Like growing up with Mars-Saturn I swear I never had issues with authority. But I remember starting from kindergarten authority figures had “issues” with me!

When Mars moves into an activated house (based on what you’re profecting from), it feels like watching a scary movie and yelling at the TV for the person to run because the killer is right behind them.

When I forget about an upcoming Mars-Saturn transit, the onset of pain/inflammation in my body and the sudden urge to book an acupuncture session always reminds me.

Anytime I see a harsh Saturn-Neptune aspect in a chart the next thing I do is search ‘[natal chart year] + oil spill’.

I think that the US' natal chart having an 8H cancer stellium is partially why there is the melting pot, cultural war, cultural appropriation vs. appreciation phenomena. Heritage is a valuable resource. And cultural customs have been forged, stolen, standardized, repackaged and sold many times over.

Nicki Minaj had the 9/7 lunar eclipse fall across her 2H to 8H axis. The eclipse squared her Sun, which rules her 7H. When Mars squared that same point and then conjoined her Sun, almost a week ago, the news broke about a judge considering whether she may need to sell her home to settle a lawsuit.

Correction: Beyoncé is not a 6H Mars. According to the time she shared, she is a 6H Sun which is the dispositor for her 6H Mars.
It’s interesting how often Beyoncé is commended on her work ethic and drive being that she is a 6H Mars. It’s also interesting how Meghan Markle gets so much heat about anything she does being a 1H Mars. There’s no connection between between them just thinking aloud.

I often feel like there is so much I wish to know but there isn't enough time in one life and it makes me sad. Like one day I'll die but I won't have studied every interest I have or explored every topic I desire. At times the desire is all consuming, which affirms what is said about the north node.

I know there are a cluster of systems in place that embolden people to do this, but I can’t stand when people try to tell me what they think I’m worthy of or worth. Like, why do you want/need me to accept your assumption? And why would I value the opinion of someone who doesn’t know me over my own?

When I was a newbie, I fell for Uranus propaganda. It wasn’t until I started reading astro books written in the 80’s and 90’s that I saw that Uranus was regarded as a “malefic”. It used to be I would have wild things happen and Uranus would be at the scene of the crime and I would be so confused.

Of course Mars is war but Mercury shows up in the battle plans, coded language, psychological warfare, propaganda, media coverage, translators, supply/distribution chains, transportation networks, young people’s involvement, communications devices, and the massive amount of documentation.

For some people, their self acceptance and survival is heavily dependent upon the ability to reject propaganda. While for others, their identify is not overtly undermined by propaganda so they don’t feel the urgency to reject it until it’s too late.

Old news and not relevant at all but ever since I first heard Buried Alive by Drake ft. Kendrick Lamar in 2011, I knew Kendrick didn’t like that man. In the song he is admitting how he is envious of Drake and his success. I always loved the song but I never understood why Drake put it on the album.
