He's a con artist who sets up the team for failure. The stadium is falling apart (allegedly), and any future in turning the parking lot into something died in 2022. He's being sued for allegedly letting a drug addict employee sell drugs to players.

You won't see him at a game chopping it up with fans and you won't hear him talking in an interview. He's old and beyond the capacity to own a baseball team. He needs to sell it and let someone with actual ability to get the team to the playoffs run it.
