It took almost 2,5 hours. The underside of the arm was quite painful! Before I go to bed I can take the clingfilm of.

We did it... Glad we went a little earlier, as when we were back at the car, it started raining.
It took us 2 hours and 14 minutes in which we also had a little break, to do the 10k.
Im hurting from my feet to my hips. Warning, don't do this unprepared if you sit at your desk 5 days a week..

Today, I celebrate 15 years of a band who gave me so much joy and new friends and adventures. Because of that I stepped out of my comfort zone and am still growing. But today my healing heart is broken a little more... As 1 of them is looking down on us from heaven.. God, how I miss you Liam! ❤️💛🧡💙💚

Update doggie. Doctor says he can overcome it? He's on rymadyl. She wants to wait another 3 weeks to see if it gets better... It's still inflamed around his knee. I was all prepared for hubby to come back with a surgery date. He is still good enough physically for surgery. I'm confused...
