Our manuscript on accelerating the acquisition rate in oblique plane microscopy (OPM) is online now:

Our work addresses the issue that an OPM PSF is tilted, and as such it leaves a lot of "empty space" in Fourier space (FFT of experimental data on the right)... 1/n

This is a mouse eye. The white stuff? That's #sclera. It's digitally "blocking" visualization of the# vasculature in the #retina (this is a #lightsheet 🔬btw). The sclera is chemically cleared, otherwise, the lightsheet wouldn't be able to interrogate the vasculature. Need your help, nerds

The Kusama art exhibition at NGV was exotic, impressive, and truly unique. Experiencing the Infinity Mirror Room was particularly fascinating. it was remarkable to see the seamless fusion of art and science, where optical principles were creatively and wisely integrated into the artwork.
