It’s kind of bleak that Israel has killed international law and its potency so spectacularly, that India can just *claim* anything, not provide proof, and then attack the mainland of a sovereign neighboring country.

It’s kinda unbelievable that India spent $8.7 billion to procure the highest quality and latest European fighter jets, and then Pakistan shot down 3 of them in a couple of hours. Bet Dassault is ruing selling Rafales to India now.

Just finished “Careless People” by Sarah Wynn-Williams. I highly recommend it. It’s an eye opening exercise in understanding how the oligarchs have consolidated and usurped power, and how they’ve always pushed for corporatism under the veil of fascism. They’ve finally got what they wanted.

The other thing that I’ve noticed is that there is a major language barrier that came up between Trump and Zelensky. When Z said “…in future you will feel—“, Trump immediately disappeared him. But Z wasn’t saying that you’ll *feel* it in the future. He was giving an example of what *might* happen.

I think the reason JD Vance lost his shit was because Zelensky called him “JD”. He said “…what diplomacy are you talking about JD?” And that’s when Vance lost it. Maybe he felt disrespected that Zelensky didn’t called him Mr Vice President? Whatever it was, that remark set off the fireworks.
