Across Europe, the fallout for politicians and high‑profile individuals connected to Epstein has been devastating. The U.S. Congress must show the same resolve—bringing the remaining players into the light and confronting the institutional shortcomings that kept them hidden.

After Pam Bondi’s performance before Congress last night, many observers would argue that whatever credibility the U.S. justice system once had has been thoroughly eroded.

The Canadian government should uphold ICC obligations and intercept Prime Minister Netanyahu’s aircraft on its return route to Israel if it enters Canadian airspace. It is a matter of enforcing international law, not diplomatic preference.

Will the European Tour make a statement today about the future of their main sponsor - DP World amid their Chairman's alledged connection to Jeffrey Epstein? #EuropeanTour #PGAEurope #golf
February 11, 2026 at 9:22 AM
Euro Golf Tour seems ready to ditch DP World after shocking allegations that its chairman, Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, exchanged intimate messages with Epstein for years after his 2008 conviction. Officials are scrambling as the sponsorship deal collapses under the scandal.

Melania Trump’s EB‑1 “Einstein visa” exposes a system that bends for the powerful while punishing ordinary immigrants. If merit truly matters, visas granted under questionable standards must be reviewed — and this one should be recalled to protect the system’s integrity. More at: www.nehaul.net

Sandals faces a defining transition as Adam Stewart steps out of his father’s shadow. His modern, strategic approach differs from Butch’s charisma, but with vision and innovation he can shape a leadership style of his own and guide the brand into a confident new era.

Andrew Mountbatten‑Windsor cannot reclaim credibility without full, candid testimony in the Epstein case. He should speak openly from the UK, where he can do so securely. Anything less deepens public distrust and further erodes what remains of his reputation.

It’s striking how many Congressional and Senate Republicans now act in ways that seem at odds with the moral standards they previously emphasized. Has Donald Trump’s influence reshaped their political behaviour and ethical compass?
February 8, 2026 at 9:14 AM
If Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is serious about rehabilitating his reputation, his first move should be to make himself available for an open and candid forum about his relationship with Epstein before the United States Congress.

This month Bluesky is two years old and has done a wonderful job of being a counterweight to X. Lets all keep it soaring to new heights.

The DOJ’s evasions around the Epstein files can’t hide that countless girls were exploited and powerful figures across multiple countries were involved. This scandal is global—and justice demands the DOJ pursue criminal action against every implicated individual.

The world must push the Trump administration to act smarter on Russia. Military pressure has failed; financial force is the key. Freezing offshore assets of Russian elites would hit the Kremlin’s inner circle, creating real pressure to withdraw troops from Ukraine. More at: nehaul.net

MS NOW would be better served moving away from declarations like “The Democrats have momentum,” which proved unreliable in 2024. A more constructive approach should be on motivating as many people as possible to vote Democrat.

If the reporting is accurate, the Epstein documents point largely to the US and UK. Watching from outside those countries, I’m left shaking my head at the staggering stupidity, immaturity, and deceit shown by people once respected or trusted with roles requiring real integrity.
February 2, 2026 at 3:44 PM
Why is it that the consequences so far of the information in the released Epstein files seem only to be outside of the USA? Many careers are crashing while others loom in a state of denial.

ICE’s shift from targeting serious offenders to chasing higher removal totals reflects a broader numbers‑driven strategy, fueled by Trump’s push to outpace Obama’s deportation record.
February 2, 2026 at 7:17 AM
After Maduro’s removal, Washington’s deep role in Venezuela looks less like support and more like control. And if the US is steering the country’s political and economic direction, it must also take responsibility for daily realities—health care, schools, and justice.

FIFA cannot host a “world” tournament in a country that bans parts of the world. The U.S. travel bans shut out players, fans, and journalists from dozens of nations. A World Cup built on exclusion betrays football’s values. Move 2026 to a nation that welcomes everyone. More at: www.nehaul.net

Why is it that so many of Israel’s most publicized technological exports are designed for surveillance, control, or more efficient killing—from Pegasus spyware to AI‑guided rifles? Why is the same ambition not directed toward technologies that genuinely improve human life?

Don Lemon debacle
One judge and 2 appellate judges said no to the Lemon indictment. So DOJ went shopping for a new judge and guess what - they found one!

AMPAS says it’s shutting down after being flooded with millions of nominations for people who keep straight faces near Trump. The Academy calls it “unmanageable levels of accidental acting” and admits even a coat rack was nominated. Truly magnificent acting.

I want to recommend Marco Rubio for an Oscar. For him to sit next to Trump and listen to the lies without showing any emotion is great acting and deserves an Oscar.

The PGA’s push to limit golf ball distance raises a broader question about the direction of the sport. A reasonable next step would be to cap tournament winnings at $1 million to keep the game grounded. If some players choose LIV instead, that choice will speak for itself.

If Trump's words about his desire for Greenland were the appetiser then those about NATO soldiers not taking part in the Afghan war were the main course. Europeans await the dessert comments….
