Well it’s not definitive proof she’s from the US still. Plenty of foreign accounts like Miles Cheong with thousands of tweets try to pretend they’re in/from the US. He got away with it before he was exposed to be living in Malaysia.

I’m not necessarily saying she’s Russian, but based on the exclamation point she’s using a VPN, so no, I don’t think she’s from the US either.

Just to clarify the resources you provided are great, and there’s nothing wrong with that.

I have been seeing trans ppl wanting to fight and doing whatever they can whether it’s loopholes or ensuring there are ways to access healthcare, making me feel hopeful in the US.

But then I see this post and it comes across like our lives are over. Can we please not do this?
