My kids gave me this book back in 1993. We had read Where the Wild Things Are a million times when they were young. Crossing my fingers for clear roads and open mountain passes so we can get to the Denver Art Museum midweek for a massive Sendak exhibit … a 3 hour drive for us in good weather.
