I had a visceral reaction when I saw your post: Outrage, anger; impotence, hopelessness.

Then an epiphany--This must be how some of my family and friends felt when told that Biden stole the election.

What is this strange sensation? Wait! Is this 𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘺?

But TRY to feel empathy anyways. That puts us on a higher vibratory plane.

That is awesome! And you could never recreate it not matter how many times you tried.

I felt a strong connection today with my spirit guides—a gentle warm hand resting lightly on the top of my head that brought calm in the midst of a stressful situation.

This runs against a lot of my daily experience—the universe sure doesn’t feel like it’s on our side. Bad stuff happens all the time.
