I have a old laptop that finally can't run Windows 10 without raising my blood pressure. Flattened it, installed Ubuntu 24.04. It found all the drivers including graphics, sound and camera. Now it runs fast, almost as fast as when it was new....and without the Windows Bloatware.

I think I finally understand...
US 25%- World 25% =0 gain for the US government.
US 25%+ World 25%= 50% increase in costs to consumers.
