Yeah when I started HRT i started on pills via Plume, my endo kept raising my dosage. We went from 4 -> 6 -> 8, and at that point I decided the cost was too great because a membership with them is $100/m, friend helped me learn how to do my own injections and i've been doing that since lol.

I really only started getting decent progress after I switched to injections. Pills were doing basically nothing for me despite raising my dosage to the maximum pills can provide for the most part (8mg/day, 4 pills). After starting DIY injections with Enanthate I started to see actual growth though.

- A Postgres database server
- A caddy web server
- Ente photo storage
- N8n automation stuff
- Bitwarden (vaultwarden)
- and now a Bsky PDS
It's on a small Hetzner server with:
- 2 GB of memory
- 2 CPU cores
- 40 GB SSD
- A Postgres database server
