if it was a pressure thing with landing/takeoff, a flight attendant once told me to pinch my nose and close my mouth and very gently try to blow air out to help them pop. apparently it happens with fluid build up and i had just had a cold before flying that made it extra painful but that helped!

thx! i kinda knew how as a kid but had to relearn as an adult and it’s been great, would recommend! :) there’s so many youtube vids for beginners out there! everyone always says start with a scarf but tbh i got bored too quickly so i did more complicated stuff early lmao but it taught me a lot fast!
