i am so thankful to have had a scan today where we were told the baby is growing perfectly (and in the right spot) and had a healthy heart beat so i can begin sharing this news with friends and family to hopefully get out of this isolating period ❤️

it’s also honestly been one of the most lonely and isolating times of my life. all of the feelings, symptoms, google searches of ‘can I eat this while pregnant?’, stressing over my heart rate, forcing myself to eat when im constantly queasy, and just overall exhaustion
