No, the paper of the testprint and the final are the exact same 170g coated photo print paper, that's why it's so annoying that the result is so different. Thank you for your input, though

I emailed a local printing company now that did a really good job on my final last year. I hope they're not too expensive cos I'd love to just hire them for my artbooks instead 🥲

Here's a quick video of a page that is fully misprinted next to the testprint they sent me. And this is the case in every single copy. I have 100 books that have several misprints and a drop in quality compared to the testprint I received. 🫠
