I am overjoyed at the fact that Billy Wagner was elected to the baseball Hall of Fame. He was as dominant pitcher as I've ever seen. A right handed player who managed to throw 100 MPH with his left hand. Today is a good day for baseball.

I have completed a script to move and resize all windows of two applications.

I tried using Keyboard Maestro actions but was unsuccessful. After much trial and error, I realized that the solution was simply to use Applescript.

I will be using this script to set up my note taking sessions.

I'm about to try a new task manager for the first time in a long time. I am a Todoist Pro user and have been using it non-stop for years.

Now I'm tempted to switch. For the next two weeks, I will try using Godspeed as my task manager of choice. Let's see how this experiment turns out.

I'm saddened to hear of Rickey Henderson's passing. He was one of the greatest athletes in MLB history and he will be missed.

Finally a good transaction in the Hoyer era (Imanaga aside). The Cubs get a superstar player for Paredes, Wesneski and one of their top prospects. Things are looking up . They still have to get rid of Bellinger though. Does this deal happen if Hoyer wasn't just trying to save his job? Unlikely.

I don't understand what the hell Jed Hoyer is thinking. Paying 30 million dollars for a starter who hasn't pitched more than 78 innings since 2020. Use that money to sign a star player instead and raise the ceiling of the team. If the Cubs don't make the playoffs next season Hoyer should be fired.

Congratulations to both Judge and Ohtani for winning their respective league MVP awards.

If Ohtani can come back as a 2-way player next year, he will probably win it again. I still can't believe he won the MVP award while recovering from surgery that prevented him from pitching at all.
