The thing that helped me fully recover from my experiences within this realm :
That feeling that something was “taken from you”…Who we *truly are*…is not our bodies. Who we are is the Spirit that resides within us. And that is something that no one can take from you.

…Also, I’d say about 90 - 100% of us have (or will) experience some lesser form of unsettling violation.

First and foremost, above all else - I consider myself a “Nature-a-list.” Nature is the root of *everything* - it can teach us everything we need to know and understand…and can show us how to solve any problem… We just have to look at it, and reflect upon it - just as we are a reflection “of” it…

Maybe some find it easier not to even “look” at what’s happening in Gaza…because maybe don’t want to accept the *truth* of it…don’t want to discern which methods of donation are legitimate…or simply fear heavy emotions…
But the more we totally shield our eyes from man’s evil, the more it succeeds.

Maybe some find it easier not to even “look” at what’s happening in Gaza…because maybe don’t want to accept the *truth* of it…don’t want to discern which methods of donation are legitimate…or simply fear heavy emotions…
