is it fall yet? yes. how can i tell? when the pressure changes my face feels like its trying to peel off. but yay spooky season!

when some of the am meds are taken with food and some are taken on an empty stomach so some days you take them before breakfast and somedays you forget to eat because of the tummy ache... just me?
