It the procedure goes over a certain time, anesthesia will not be covered for the duration.

@blumspew.bsky.social I know I get some mileage out of this (and the story), but FB reminded me today of 7 years ago at the Austin con, when the workers put 2 of us in the wrong line for a photo op, you came all the way back for us. That's a life-long memory.

Earlier this year I decided to do something about my depression. Which started in 2015, when I saw, clearly, ass-face would win. I've been talking to a therapist for months.
I can't imagine how rough it would be to NOT be a cishet white male.

Anyone else found over the last few years that trick-or-treaters are going away? A few years ago, we'd have to send my MIL out to buy more candy at, like, 7:30pm. Last night, I'm not sure that we even got to 20 knocks at the door. I'm going to be eating Halloween candy to Christmas.

A lot of folks seem to have trouble understanding that there's a difference between being a Jew and being an Israeli nationalist. I might argue that, by blurring the two, this resolution is anti-semitic.
