Maybe because they were a 'Christian camp' they didn't think weather would effect them. That the river banks overflowed very quickly, it did not surprise me. When severe rain or thunderstorms are forecasted, I hunker down in my house and don't go outside.

Since I was a young girl, I realized that human rights, compassion, effective govt and politics mattered. I worked in city, county, state and federal govt for over 30 yrs and don't vote for Conservatives EVER. I only vote for ppl who actually care about 'the Greater Good' and thats not the GOP.
