2. Look where you are walking. The info is all above your eye level- or another way to say it- put your phone away.

A guy with an EV hybrid is upset that he has to pay for charging his EV at a city library charging station.
He said he was surprised and upset and won’t be going back to that library.
The entitlement these days has no limits.
