I stopped watching because the quality is terrible.

If you haven't seen Dark Souls bingo, you should check it out. Two challengers get a grid of things to do (bosses to beat, items to acquire, etc) and then race to make bingo. I think the last GDQ had it as an event.

Regarding your alt text, it's a stick/staff not a sword. Supposedly it was used during examinations to keep distance from the patient.
