i havent played 2 but while i enjoyed playing the first hades i dont think ive ever thought the writing as exceptional or memorable lol... the narrative structure was interesting but the actual writing was kinda bland

ohh yes the ascendant's grip (yellow tool) was helpful for me too!

possibly, although i found it quite challenging as well even in my continuous playthrough!

if im not wrong about where you're talking about, i *think* there's a bench just past that bit...and then you have to do another annoying bit that then allows you to actually unlock a shortcut that makes ascending from the slab bench quicker

yep.......................... i think i used the reaper crest which i found easier to use for more precise platforming but it's still a doozy for sure. but! climbing up is so worth it!
