Jim Lee openly disparaging AI in no way guarantees anything, no one knows what the future of AI is and no one knows who will be in charge at DC Comics down the line. But I think it's important that a popular artist publicly shot AI down. Fans and artists ignorant of or using AI need to hear this.

The only thing I was looking forward to in Kraven was overt bisexuality, and zip. total letdown, even allessandro Nivola was kinda boring. Ironic but it lacked meat, teeth. It DID have a geodesic dome which was cool I GUESS but they hardly used it

Cleaning out the kitchen stacks in our building, as done each year, and I wonder if a building has ever been designed so you can just live in it for ten or so years and not have to constantly break and repair it just to keep it functioning

It’s funny you just assume other people have it just as rough as you even if they don’t appear to show any overt difficulty, assuming universality of experience unless shown/ proven otherwise

Yeah and made all the more confusing by the fact that the most objectively severe and “warranted” trauma of the mix is either Indistinguishable or in some cases much less severe feeling than seemingly innocuous stuff like awkward conversations or dumb mistakes or casual rejection

My controversial opinion is that if you’re brain decided it was enough trauma that it permanently changed your Amygdala then you have cPTSD whether the trauma was from the world forcing you to wear uncomfortable socks with a smile or a rapist sibling.

“Trauma enough” is a real insidious phrase but I’ve literally had friends describe their cptsd as not feeling like enough trauma and didn’t think it applied to them despite obvious ptsd symptoms
