Wanted to make my first WUBRG deck for this, so after much trial and error I landed on brewing these babes with blades ⚔️💞

Def still have some tweaks to make, but they have great chemistry ^-^

Unfortunately at least some of it is true; I've seen bragging about getting around the official show store's 3 collector booster pack limit on Facebook (example attached, comment by dude who purchased 54)

MtG preorder finally arrived from Deutschland, and the Play-Booster packs are silver! 🤩 (English white wrapper shown for comparison)

Watched that soothing intro soooo many times in an empty theater w/ my service dog during heat waves last summer when my AC wasn't working, thanks to that $20 for 12 movies a month deal.

She is wearing a black mask and not-quite-knee-high because her legs are too long leather boots, waist length tousled dark brown hair pouring out of the Spyro hood. A red hands-free leash connects her to her floofy service dog, whose back is in the foreground. Delighted to see that Tarkir Drachensturm bundles exist! 1st web shop I found that ships to the US would do so for 39,99 €, the 2nd 29,99 €... Gotta step away from the search for now, but may this downward trend continue til I find one that's closer to free than paying double🤞

Watched SpielRaumWien's YouTube reveal of Polarlichtprozession before seeing the card in English and was foolishly expecting it to be Polar Light Procession auf Englisch... 🥲 "Auroral" just doesn't roll off the tongue as nicely.

So much to say about MagicCon Chicago & I've been itching to do a deep dive on Tarkir lore on stream... One of these days my body will cooperate 🥹🕯️🍀
Hardt is wearing a black KN95 mask and a sleek purple and gold/orange Spyro the dragon costume complete with puffy tail, horns, wings and a matching glove that ends in gray claws. She is seated cross legged on the floor and leaning back a bit to side-eye a row of silver frame sign stands lined up against a brick wall. The signs are black and say Accessible Seating in all caps white sans serif text. Hardt's narcolepsy service dog is in her red work vest, cream tail floof closer to the foreground as she is lying down with her back to the camera, attentively facing her charge. The carpet is a loud abstract blue pattern; geometric shards of navy, royal blue, baby blue and gray blue, reminiscent of movie theater carpeting trends in a bygone decade, but slightly cooler since it sticks to one color family, unlike the primary color mishmash more common at those popcorn venues. If you don't look directly at it one could be reminded of the chunky graphics of early video games, perhaps evoking water, ice or a crystalline surface. In the distant back left of the photo are restroom signs and a set of exit doors. This is directly across the entrance doors to the ground level of seating for McCormick Place Lakeside Center's Arie Crown Theater, which was dubbed the Mana Stage on MagicCon Chicago maps.

When I cosplayed Kylo Porg (based on that one Last Jedi poster edit where everyone was porg) who also has no neck to speak of, I inflated a big balloon & used newspaper + mod podge to papier-mâché over it, extending to nearly the width of my shoulders. Prob a lot cheaper than 3Dprint but more labor.

The floor plan is very different this year, thankfully! The Mana Stage was directly facing the Ticketed Play area before, so players had trouble hearing each other. All the sections were much smaller, whereas this year they've broken things up between 2 whole floors and the Aria Crown Theater. 🤗
