But yeah they can change the breast sizes, they can have mix and match with sexual organs, such as flat man chest + vagina, etc! There are already plenty of trans/drag characters in there such as: Akira, Max(ine), Romeo, David, etc!

Which means that transitioning to a new gender is like snapping fingers. It's even easier for their supercomputer form as the only change usually goes is changing the voice module x3
