Which is why the SCOTUS overstepped its authority by ruling on Colorado’s ballot and when Congress apparently later consulted the SCOTUS for an opinion.
Both were taken to mean the SCOTUS’s opinion approved Trump’s eligibility when it did not. Only the 2/3rds vote mattered, but never happened.

SC has no power 2 interfere in Congress processes. Constitution is as plain on insurrection as it is on each chamber setting its own rules.
