Al Jazeera reports that Israeli warplanes struck Gaza City at the same time Trump announced a ceasefire deal. Palestinians had been celebrating the truce, but raids continued. No casualties have yet been confirmed.

Israel has also been blowing up about 300 homes a day using explosive-laden APCs.

We’re going to have to agree to disagree. “Harm reduction” in electoral politics is what got us here. The longer we hold onto the system, the more power it retains over us.
