To conclude day one an immensely powerful and candid review of the failings that led to the death of Awaab Ishak by Nadhia Khan at RBH. Clear and systemic failures caused this avoidable death and lessons must be learned and shared at pace.

Kelly Rossington from Orbit Homes provided her unique insight into a fire at a flat at Grange House, Bexley last year. The 1960s building performed well and contained the fire in a single flat, which was quickly extinguished by the fire service.
