I made a custom Sultai card set surrounding a commander and themed her around a massive archive in a valley that IS a large forest that moves into a swamp. When the information of life and death is stored in the soil, you can't hide your secrets from the archivist.

Lily, Valley's Archivist. 2 neutral pips and a sultai (for 5 mana value).
She is a legendary creature- Dragon Wizard Druid.
The card is a borderless art of a dragon in a forest clearing levitating a pink and green flower in a green smoke cloud in her raised front claws.
1 power 6 toughness as well as flying, haste, protection from spells with mana value 3 or less.
Her first activated ability is a tap ability where you pay 2 and a blue to reveal the bottom 5 of you library, put one into your hand and the rest into the graveyard.
Her other activated ability is another tap but you pay 1, a black, and a golgari hybrid mana to choose two nonland cards in your graveyard and put one on top of your library and the other on the bottom.
Finally she has a triggered ability that once per turn, when a card leaves or enters your graveyard you can pay a green mana to create a strixhaven pest for each card that left or entered your graveyard this turn.

an enchantment card called "Order of the Valley" with mana value of 3 and golgari for 5 total. the art is of a deer grazing above the grave of a deer skeleton. the enchantment has an activated ability to sacrifice a creature and put a +1/+1 counter on one of your creatures, and also has a landfall to make a strixhaven pest whenever a land enters. the flavor text at the bottom says "All things eventually end up returning to the soil. Its story, forever recorded. . . I cannot wait to read yours." and is quoted to the Lily, the Archivist of the Valley

a three cost artifact called "Archive of the Alley" the art is of a bundle of dandelions with an overlay of a fantasy language.
It has "whenever you scry, surveil, and or draw one or more cards, put a knowledge counter on Archive of the Valley." then two tap abilities that use those counters.
the first one costs 2 mana and removes three counters to draw a card. the second is an x cost that removes x counters to create x strixhaven pests.
the flavor text says "An archive, not of shelves and books, but of bark, petals, and roots. Ages of information stored solely in an ecosystem." and is quoted to an unnamed scholar
(artist note : the fantasy language is a real cypher that I made and I put the first three sentences of the fitness graham pacer test into it)

A blue instant called "Scrounge the Archive."
the art is of a dragon's blue eye close to the ground. the slit pupil replaced with that same fantasy language translating to "see the truth" The dragon is watching a tiny purple pest taking bites out of the stalk of an ink cap mushroom. The little guy has almost eaten through half of it.
It costs two blue pips and its effect is to scry 2, then surveil 2.
the flavor text reads "Sometimes it is more entertaining to watch a story unfold first hand than to read of it after its conclusion." and is quoted to Lily, the Archivist of the Valley
