My friend Berta in Guatemala has been taken out of the village to the public hospital 3 times since I was there in January. This costs. The blood, medicine and filtered water cost. It all costs. Any help would appreciated and all help will go directly to to the family to cover these costs.

1789 days ago I decided to start walking five miles a day. Yesterday I walked near Tempe Town Lake as the sun rose.

President Musk was swift in his attempt to help white South Africans and sent a strong message about disagreeing with the US today. I shouldn’t be surprised. Moreover, I should not have looked. Now I have to deal with that feeling.

Yesterday I received a box that was never meant to be sent to me. As I went to open the box, I saw that the word Cristi had been written on it, and I searched my brain to remember any Cristi that I knew and I came up empty.

I don’t turn on the television any more. I quit a while ago. Sometimes I still listen to the news and my limit is about five minutes every two or three days. It’s painful and addictive. What I hear makes my heart sick though, so, because I cannot pick my poison, I limit my exposure. #coping
