I’ve got to say, whatever I think of Liverpool Arne Slot giving some benefit of the doubt to Martinelli immediately post game is a class act and will help take some heat out of this.
Martinelli shouldn’t have done it, I’m glad he apologised.

1) I get people are frustrated with the starting XI but jeez, it’s like he stuck with it for 85 mins. He fixed it at half time, move on.
2) Gyok. Look at our record vs top 6 under Mikel and you see why we signed him. He’s there to kill off bottom 14 teams, not top 6
