Here's what puzzles me about threats of ultra-wealthy to move from NY, CA, MA in the face of higher taxes: They live there b/c they like living there. And they're going to move to someplace they don't like as well b/c of taxes? What's the point of being rich if you can't live where you want to?

This may be the only action of this administration that I fail to see the evil in. They borrowed money. They have jobs. Why shouldn’t they be expected to pay bills?

As it stands, Virginia customers of Dominion Power are paying about $12 a month for costs associated with the offshore wind project. The investment would be worthwhile if the project was completed and served needs of 660,000 homeowners. As it stands it’s for nothing. Affordability, anyone?
