According to the Storefront Safety Council, there are around 100 such incidents per day in the US. Install bollards! Protected bicycle lanes also make streets safer for everyone.

The best thing he did was a nice book about Lisp. It goes downhill from there. He is best known for the incubator YCombinator and Hacker News, aka the orange site. The latter used to have interesting tech news but devolved into a tech bro echo chamber.

It changes with altitude, not simply place to place. Over 50% live below 500m. At 2000m, the boiling point is still at 93°C. So, the error rate is negligible for most people.

This made me curious about prior art. Thomy started to package its mustard in tubes in 1934 (not squeeze bottles though).
Beaverton Foods call themselves the squeeze bottle pioneer as they developed squeeze bottles for mustard after being approached w/ the idea in 1986.

The biggest reason surely is the upgrade path as virtually all houses in Germany have water based heat distribution. I’d like to add that air duct heating blows (pun intended). You can heat everything or nothing but per room temperature control is virtually impossible.

Many e-mail providers give you automatic e-mail aliasing like having any postfix after the username starting with a "+". E.g., if you have [email protected], you also have [email protected]. So, technically most people will not be able to provide all possible e-mail addresses they technically have.
