The biggest thing for me has been the switch from reading manga in EN to in JP, and a good workflow for flashcard creation. Even just keeping up with all the serialized manga I read on weekly or bi-weekly releases is just so much practice and new vocab. Completely transformative.

It's a close tie between ひらやすみ (Hirayasumi) which I read all of, and あかね噺 (Akane-banashi) which I read the first few volumes of; the former for its believable but still fun and adorable characters, and the latter for the sheer hype (and also Akane is the coolest).
