I've always been fascinated by Roman glasswork. Even after 2000 years, it exudes a sense of familiarity, almost like an everyday item. In fact, my grandmother had a similar bowl, 40 years ago.
A Roman glass bowl, made just under 2000 years ago, probably in Italy - it has survived in beautiful condition!
