He had recently lost a lot of weight and contracted scabies - a skin condition many held in Israeli prisons suffer from due to overcrowding and lack of hygiene.&nbsp;</p> <p>Since 7 October 2023, 78 Palestinians have died while in Israeli custody.</p> <p>Since 1967 and the Israeli capture of the West Bank and Gaza, 315 Palestinians have died while in Israeli custody, the prisoners' office said.&nbsp;</p> </div> </div> </article>
