With all the game releases I've seen recently, I've been avoiding most, if not all AAA

I even set the publishers to "Ignore" on Steam

I've been focusing on indie studio content for a few years now and going through my library of unfinished games

The crash was a hard freeze, and I mean hard enough I had to hard reset the PC using hardware switch. Even the power buttons failed - I had to hard switch the device

And then it was the restart and "huh... no Bios."

And that repeated until another dozen reboots worked but the OS wasn't functional

I'll keep that in mind!

I just figure it was a hardware issue as, I got... everything installed on Fedora (KDE Plasma, specifically - might have been my problem to begin with)

Nvidia GPU's, even ALVR to stream my desktop to my Meta Quest 3 in Linux.

The system hung when testing a game and crashed

Really? I just couldn't figure out the issue whatsoever to fix it

If I can figure out why the secure boot would do that, I'd gladly re-wipe my drives and reinstall Fedora again

My next PC hardware upgrade will involve me swapping out my motherboard anyway as it's too old for all the newer hardware anyway

So I plan to rebuild my rig for Linux specifically and forever leave Windows OS

I want to do this, but I must have some hardware incompatibility with the OS

As soon as I tested Fedora, eventually, it simply froze and made it impossible to get into my BIOS

At some point, I was able to reload the computer, got into BIOS and had to reinstall W10

I still plan to swap to Linux

I also ended up buying the Kanti cycle audio books.

I do hope to both read and listen to your work as well.

It reminds me of Robert Asprin's work.

Unfortunately, I haven't gotten to the Tori series as well

But so far, I do hope for more published works! They've all been wonderful!

I just bought the entire series on Audible today

I love the work the Narrator has done, and I'm very happy that I read the series as physically as I could first.

Listening to the Narrator's performance has been a great experience so far!

In fact, the biggest danger TO AI learning is it learning FROM AI

Because suddenly the company doesn't want their AI to pump out 'slop' anymore

This isn't the job of just one, but of all

Crash their servers with youtube poop uploads and the most incoherent memes around

And then upload their own youtube AI content onto the site too, it would literally kill the AI off when it begins to learn from itself

I don't even know where to begin the compliments
