1. Does this feel better or worse than the current controls?
2. Does it solve the problems I mentioned?
3. Are there things you don’t like about it?
4. Are there bugs?

I’m hopeful this will address two frustrating aspects of the game you all have told me about:

- It can feel cramped moving tiles past each other
- Sometimes it’s impossible to swap two big tiles

People have also submitted a lot of standalone custom puzzles! I hope to have some of those online to play soon. Those will probably be separate from the daily puzzles.

So far I’ve been releasing a #TiledWords community puzzle every other Sunday but I want your feedback! Do you want more of them? Less of them? Do you want them to be in a different feed than the dailies?

Thank you to everyone who submitted clues! (81 people submitted 292 clues!)

The next community puzzle’s theme is Snow.

You can submit clues here!

Midnight Pacific time! I’ve debated using the users time zone but worry that would get confusing with the share feature.

When I have time I want to add a countdown to the next puzzle!

I just learned about this game yesterday and I'm hooked (literally taking a break from a game to type this):

Think crosswords and Tetris combined into one game — more like crosswords broken into chunks that you rotate pieces to make words.

Thanks for the kind words!

My wife and I think of the themes And clues together. I then input those into some custom-made tools to turn them into puzzles: paulmakeswebsites.com/writing/buil...
