The reason we've continued using (and planning to use) Kickstarter over other crowdfunders is because of the existence of this union. We're in full solidarity with the union and will be keeping a close eye on how management treats the workers as these negotiations continue!

The union has demanded a four-day workweek, minimum living wage salaries, and protections against generative AI encroachment.

Kickstarter United workers will strike beginning October 2

Demands include enshrining the four-day, 32-hour work week in their contract.

Our goal with this project is to make General Management easier for a wider range of players, and so we're developing the setting to take maximum advantage of Triangle Agency's strengths. Over the next few months, we'll be posting missions, generative tools, and new GM guidance from our work on this project. (You'll notice a marked increase in tables and other generative tools.)

Ash, a player in our discord, got a real Triangle Agency inspired license plate and i am flabbergasted. if you see U0047BB on the highway do not report them to the agency

A utah license plate number U0047BB that says "i'm da king of da highway." U0047BB is a triangle agency reference from the GM's toolkit.

Here's another part of my semi-autobiographical post on expressionist game design that I like. I found this way of thinking about acting very challenging at first, as an intuitive "work myself up in order to cry" kind of performer. But real craft in art is about developing care and consistency.

One of my acting professors said, "It is not the job of the actor to feel. It is the actor's job to create feeling in the audience. If you're busy feeling, you're wasting everybody's time." I take this approach very seriously, now, in everything I create. I use my feelings to generate material, but I prepare for others with their feelings in mind. I often remind myself of that professor's words with a bastardization like: "It is not the job of the rules to feel. It is the rulebook's job to create feeling in the characters." I don't think it's always true, but it's how I like to approach my work.
