Holding on to what we can, even just one breath at a time, is powerful. Even just *existing* in a world full of pain is an act of courage.

If you're feeling it, you're not alone. It's okay to grieve, to rage, to struggle. But hold onto what keeps you going. I'm trying to remind myself to keep doing the same.

Every time we keep going, despite difficulties, we're pushing back against everything that tells us to give up. And when we feel like we can't, we must allow ourselves to rest, find support, and lean on each other while healing ourselves and helping others.

So many are affected, while others look away or deny what's happening. Some things feel more important than others, but pain is pain. Even in the darkest moments, there's still connection, still defiance, still a reason to push forward. We keep going.
