My mother passed a similar test for over a year after she was obviously suffering from dementia. CT scan and MRI confirmed clear evidence of strokes and cerebral atrophy. Devious people are able to mask mental decline...still, T**** is not masking so well...have you seen the test? MoCA - look at it!
