When America decided to still vote for politicians that did not support gun law changes after Sandy Hook, it became obvious to me nothing would change. Heart broken for the families and pray something like this does not happen at my kids school. Sound terrible, but that is the America we live in.

I have called 10 (D) Senators today and voiced my opinion. If they do not vote no they are basically telling people like me that they are unwilling to fight for us. In that case, when they call me for money or votes in the future, they will get the same respect they showed me today.

44% of union members voted for a guy who is proud of not paying contractors for their work, does not believe in raising the minimum wage, and said he hates to pay overtime. Excuse me for not "thanking" them as the billionaires take over the country and the middle class will pay for it all.

NBA lost me when I spent thousands of dollars to travel to a game with my kids to watch their favorite player and he decided to rest that game. Since then, I have decided to rest my television from watching the NBA.

There are so many people to blame for Trump being re-elected but the media is the top of my list. Did anybody ask him about the head of FAA he fired? Did they ask him about the 100 people he let go last week? Do your job, media. Simple follow-up questions are NEVER asked.

I keep thinking these people will feel the responsibility and honor of the position and somehow turn to their better angels for the good of the country. Then I remember who we are dealing with and I keep thinking I am am idiot.

The reality is this will not be news in 72 hours. Look at the despicable things Trump has done that we all thought would be the end of his candidacy and Presidency and it was forgotten in less than a week. The American public's attention span is short. I applaud Joe for protecting his son!!!!

As much as this bothers us, the voters who cast their vote for Trump don't care. It will only hit home when Medicare/Medicaid cuts happen, union rights are taken away and costs go up due to the tariffs. They have proven they don't care about this. Sad but true
