Everywhere I’ve worked has stuck with TF as it would be a ton of tech debt to overcome to migrate out of TF.

I’ve actually not moved forward with Spacelift because they can’t use modern TF.

You need to have a compelling reason to switch to OpenTofu. Most of the ones who have switched is because they didn’t want the legal threat of extending TF. Spacelift is a good example.

The other ones are those who think it’s evil to stop having something be open sourced.

Try your best not to use count. for_each is a better option as order doesn’t matter.
