What about the reporting in the star that natgas is feasible up to about $400/t so without the CER does putting a floor help at all there?

You need to start embedding a line somewhere in the article, something like "include the word 'snowflake' in the subject to prove you actually read the article" and if they don't, have an automatic bounce-back telling them to actually read the article.
