Most utility scale solar has trackers to keep the panels pointed at the sun which are, in fact, giant moving parts.
Not to diminish your point, still much less parts than most power generation. But I’ve worked on too many solar trackers to let that one go ;)

The second part of that message may be your opinion, but the first part is not. Completing an 80% is not illegal in most states. Manufacturing your own weapons for personal use is fine as far as the law is concerned.

I'm about the same. Here's my power draw over the past 24 hours. Running 3 compute/storage machines, a couple raspis, a few rackmount switches, and a monitor.

It can’t log what URLs you visit. The “sub path” _is_ is the URL.
It can log what IPs you connect to, and sometimes, what DNS queries you make. This can be used to piece together what website someone is visiting, but it doesn’t work all the time.
