BREAKING: Steve Scalise has won the race to become the House GOP’s nominee for speaker, edging out Jim Jordan.
House GOP nominates Steve Scalise for speaker
The bigger challenge will be winning a vote on the House floor. Currently, Scalise does not have the 217 votes needed to win a floor vote.

I literally never open my door for strangers but the front door was open so some guy could see me, so I had to answer. He was 100% Irish and I would’ve taken the chance on him murdering me just to hear him talk. Take note, serial killers!
